From November through mid-March each year, when the temperature drops below 32 degrees at night, Shepherd’s House Ministries operates and supports three Cold Weather Shelters in Redmond, Madras, and Sisters. During these months we provide food, clothes, and shelter from the cold, as well as friendship to the friendless.
Redmond Cold Weather Shelter
Our Redmond Shelter is run exclusively by Shepherd’s House Ministries. The staff and volunteers provide food, clothes, and shelter for the homeless community in Redmond.

Jefferson County Cold Weather Shelter
Shepherd’s House Ministries, along with Madras Gospel Mission, and Jefferson County Faith-Based Network are teaming up to address the needs of the homeless population in that region. This new partnership will help the neediest in Jefferson County get the critical help they need during the cold winter months. Times, locations, and volunteer opportunities will be posted in the upcoming weeks.
Sisters Cold Weather Shelter
Shepherd’s House Ministries has partnered with the Sisters Cold Weather Shelter to provide support, training, staffing help, and administrative assistance for the continuing efforts of this shelter. Your help will provide meals, clothes, and warm beds during the cold winter months. Times, locations, and volunteer opportunities will be posted in the upcoming weeks.
