Women & Children's Program

We provide step-by-step programs and access to resources that help women and children safely re-integrate into society.

grace changes everything

The number of homeless women in Central Oregon is already high, and it’s on the rise.

Women are homeless largely as the result of domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse, and mental illness such as depression, all of which leads to loneliness and hopelessness.

The limited resources available to homeless women in the Central Oregon area means that, as a community, we don’t do enough to support these women and their children and to assist them in overcoming their addictions and other debilitating life circumstances.

The relatively few organizations in the area that help women typically have long waiting lists, are able to provide assistance only in times of crisis, and are not equipped to help women address and overcome the besetting issues in their lives on a long-term basis.
