We believe people are relational beings and that each of us inherently deserves to be known, accepted, and loved as we are, where we are, and for who we are. We also believe every person has the right to flourish, which begins with access to the basic needs required for humans to thrive; food, water, clothing, and shelter.
Through Project S.H.A.R.E. (Shepherd’s House Aid and Relief Effort) our hope is to build trust in relationships with people in our community who are currently unhoused. Project S.H.A.R.E. team members and volunteers travel throughout Central Oregon to places of residence and freely offer food, water, clothing, and basic shelter. Additionally, in partnership with the local resource provider network, and city and county agencies, we highlight clear pathways to additional resources and safe, stable, and healing environments.
